Why it works

One daily serving. Four reasons it matters.

Olive polyphenols are among the most studied molecules in the Mediterranean diet. Phenolia concentrates them into one daily ritual.

Supports recovery

Olive polyphenols such as oleocanthal and oleacein are being studied for recovery after exercise. Early human research is promising.

Balanced inflammatory response

Oleocanthal and hydroxytyrosol are studied for their role in supporting a balanced inflammatory response.

Heart health

Olive polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, the health claim authorised in the EU (Regulation 432/2012).

Healthy aging

Polyphenol-rich diets like the Mediterranean diet are associated with healthy aging. Phenolia makes olive polyphenols a daily habit.

Sources: olive polyphenols and exercise recovery, review (2025); olive polyphenols and blood lipids, EU Regulation 432/2012. How we grade evidence.

Three Greek polyphenol sources in a plant capsule — and that is the whole story. If an ingredient does not earn its place, it does not make it into Phenolia.

The Phenolia base

Three Greek sources. One broad spectrum.

Most olive supplements stop at a single extract. Phenolia layers three distinct polyphenol profiles, so the panel is broader than any one source could deliver.

High-Phenolic Olive Oil (Powdered)

Hydroxytyrosol · Tyrosol · Oleocanthal · Oleacein

The oil's full polyphenol signature, powdered — every compound of an exceptional harvest with none of the oil and none of the calories.

Rich in oleuropein — the polyphenol the olive tree uses to protect its own leaves, and a profile the fruit alone cannot supply.

The Phenolia standard

Small capsule.
Deliberate choices.

Every decision in Phenolia — the format, the sources, the testing — was made the same way: what would a physician want in his own daily capsule?

01

Encapsulated stability

Polyphenols in liquid oil decline over time after bottling. Sealed in a capsule, Phenolia’s polyphenols are protected from light and air.

02

Zero calories, zero taste

All the polyphenols of a top-shelf harvest — without sipping oil, tasting bitterness, or adding a single calorie.

03

Three polyphenol profiles

High-phenolic olive oil, olive leaf and Greek Mountain Tea — three distinct polyphenol profiles in one capsule.

04

Physician-formulated

Designed by a practicing physician to be taken daily — and to stand up to the scrutiny of published lab results.

The physician behind the formula

Formulated by Dr. Peter Matos, D.O., MPH

Dr. Matos spent his career in preventive medicine watching quick fixes fail the people who trusted them. Pomoni — from the Greek υπομονή (ypomoni), patience — is his answer: the Mediterranean's most studied molecules, held to clinical rigor and proven with published lab results. Phenolia is the formula he takes himself, every day.

Before you start

Who should check with their doctor first

  • You take blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs. Olive polyphenols have mild antiplatelet effects.
  • You take blood pressure or blood sugar medication. Olive leaf extract has lowered both in trials.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have surgery scheduled. Stop two weeks before.
  • You have an olive or olive-pollen allergy.

Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. Reviewed by Dr. Peter Matos, D.O., MPH.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked.

How long until I notice a difference?+
Polyphenols work cumulatively, not overnight. Most people give Phenolia a consistent 8–12 weeks before judging the difference — the same horizon used in most olive polyphenol research. Daily consistency matters more than anything else.
Why not just eat high-phenolic olive oil?+
You can — we bottle one of the world's finest. But polyphenols in liquid oil decline after bottling, and a meaningful daily dose means sipping oil and calories. Phenolia locks the polyphenols into a stable powder and adds two sources the oil cannot: olive leaf and Greek Mountain Tea.
Is Phenolia third-party tested?+
Yes. Phenolia is screened for banned substances by LGC, and its polyphenol content is calculated from the extract’s certificate of analysis (HPLC). Finished-capsule HPLC testing is under way. Read the batch certificate above, or see every certificate.
Who should not take Phenolia?+
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs, or blood pressure or blood sugar medication. Also check first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have surgery scheduled (stop two weeks before), or have an olive or olive-pollen allergy. Not intended for children.
Can I pause or change my subscription?+
Anytime. Skip a delivery, change your cadence, or cancel in a few clicks from your account — no phone calls, no fine print.
