In his words

“We’d rather earn a customer for life than win a numbers game that misleads the person taking our product.”

In his practice, Dr. Matos saw that patients who moved toward a Mediterranean-style diet, with more extra virgin olive oil, often did better at their follow-up visits. That observation was about diet, not any one product, and it is what led him to olive polyphenols.

“I take 2 capsules of Phenolia Daily every day, the serving on the label, and have for about two years. The main thing I’ve noticed is better recovery after training. That’s my own experience, not a study result.”

How he reviews

What “medically reviewed” means here

Dr. Matos gives final approval on every article. He checks each health statement against the study it cites: who was studied, the dose, how long it ran, and whether the result was measured or only suggested. Then he grades the evidence from A to D. If a claim goes further than its study, it is rewritten or removed.
